Metal Detectable Zip Ties
DMC’s Metal Detectable Zip Ties are a multipurpose, non-security product designed for use in industries where contamination control is critical, such as food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, and other regulated processing environments. Manufactured in teal blue for easy identification, these zip ties are impregnated with metal flakes, allowing them to be picked up by magnets if dropped. This feature helps reduce the risk of contamination and potential recalls in sensitive environments. Ideal for bundling and securing items, the zip ties are available in various lengths and tensile strengths to meet diverse application needs.

- Pass the narrow end of the zip tie through the openings of the items to be bundled
- Insert and push the end of the zip tie into the locking mechanism
- Pull the tail until the zip tie fits tightly
- To remove, cut the zip tie with appropriate safety cutters
- Dispose of properly
