Installation:

  1. Position Lock: Place the Trailok II over the trailer’s kingpin with the clam-shell design aligned.
  2. Insert Padlock: Secure the lock by inserting a standard Master or Abloy padlock through the designated area.
  3. Engage Lock: Lock the padlock to secure the Trailok II in place.
  4. Check Security: Ensure the lock is fully engaged and the padlock is securely fastened.

Removal:

  1. Unlock Padlock: Use the key to unlock the padlock.
  2. Remove Padlock: Remove the padlock from the Trailok II.
  3. Lift Lock: Lift the Trailok II off the kingpin.
  4. Store Lock: Keep the lock and padlock in a secure place for future use.
