Fixed length plastic seals are designed with a specific, non-adjustable length to secure various applications. Dickey Manufacturing Company (DMC) offers several fixed length seal options, including the Pitbull, Bulldog, and SmartLock II seals.
Include the below for Bulldog and Pitbull seals. Do not feature the X and H seals
- Packaging for plastic seals varies depending on the specific product and length. Please refer to the individual product pages for detailed packaging information.
- Insert the tail end of the seal through the item to be secured
- Push the tail end through the locking mechanism until it clicks into place
- Pull the tail end to ensure the seal is securely locked
- Record seal number as required
- To remove, cut the seal with scissors or wire cutters
