Premium Trailok
The Trailok is the ultimate solution for trailer theft prevention. It combines the overall toughness of Austempered Ductile Iron (ADI) with the flame-cutting resistance of aluminum. This combination of materials offers superior protection compared to devices manufactured from single base materials. The “dead bolt” style locking mechanism is controlled by a high-security ABLOY® lockset, known for its maximum key security with restricted, patented key profiles. The ABLOY® system is highly reliable, featuring a locking cylinder that contains no springs or pins, making it resistant to malfunction due to dirt, moisture, poor weather conditions, corrosion, or freezing. Additionally, the unique rotating detainer disk system makes the ABLOY® cylinder virtually pick-proof. For added security and convenience, the locks can be individually keyed, keyed alike, masterkeyed, or grand-master-keyed.

Installation:
- Position Lock: Place the Trailok over the trailer’s kingpin with the lock mechanism aligned.
- Engage Lock: Insert the key into the ABLOY® lockset and turn to engage the dead bolt locking mechanism.
- Secure Lock: Ensure the lock is fully engaged and the key is removed.
Removal:
- Insert Key: Insert the key into the ABLOY® lockset.
- Disengage Lock: Turn the key to disengage the dead bolt locking mechanism.
- Remove Lock: Lift the Trailok off the kingpin.
- Store Lock: Keep the lock and key in a secure place for future use.
- Keying: Can be individually keyed, keyed alike, master-keyed, or grand-master-keyed.
- Key options: different, alike, master keying, grand master keying
