Pitbull Barcoded Truck Seal
The Pitbull seal represents the next generation in the plastic truck security seal line. Its unique design adds additional printing surface area for text, serial numbering, logos, and barcoding without increasing the seal’s length. The Pitbull is made with UV inhibitors for extended seal life and remains flexible, crack-resistant, and fade-resistant, making it ideal for outdoor applications. The use of dissimilar plastic materials in its construction makes the Pitbull extremely resistant to freezing and boiling conditions. The Pitbull is also available in a biodegradable material option, known as the GREEN Pitbull, which breaks down when exposed to microbe-rich environments like landfills, composting facilities, or soil. The Pitbull Tote seals are specifically designed for use on double latch totes or any application with two sealing points. The Tote version of the Pitbull is “double numbered”, this allows secure sealing of a double latch tote yet requires only assigning a single serial number per tote.

- Pass the narrow end of the seal through the openings of the item to be sealed.
- Insert and push the end of the seal into the locking barrel.
- Gently tug on the seal to ensure the locking mechanism is properly engaged.
- Record the seal number/color as required.
- Inspect for tampering before removal.
- To remove, cut or pull to break at the designated breaking point.
- All colors can be laser etched for an additional $5 per 1000 seals
- Various barcoding options are available include 128 & 39 versions for $8 per 1000 seals
- Biodegradeable Pitbull seals are available and can be laser printed for $15 per 1000 seals
- Customizable color options available including: Green*, Purple*, Orange*, Yellow*, Red, Blue, White, Lime Green, Biodegradable Pastel Green (*Fluorescent)
