X-Seal
The X-Seal is a versatile smooth ribbon pull-tight seal manufactured from Polypropylene material. The design features rolled heat staking technology to secure the metal spring insert to the body, which provides clear evidence of tampering if forced open or cut.

- Pass the ribbon end of the seal through the openings of the item to be sealed.
- Insert and push the end of the seal into and through the locking barrel.
- Pull the remainder of the seal through until the seal fits tightly on the item being sealed.
- Gently tug on the seal to ensure the locking mechanism is properly seated.
- Record the seal number as required.
- Custom Coditherm printing with up to 2 lines and 8 digits per line
- Various bagging options available upon request
- Barcoding on custom X-Seals is available with 128B being the standard
- Allow 2 weeks production time for custom made seals
