SmartLock Seal
The SmartLock Seal is a fixed length seal manufactured from strong and flexible polypropylene material. Its design features a strong single point locking mechanism and an indicator that protrudes through a hole in the underside of the locking head, signifying that the seal has been properly locked. The seal also has a break-off point for easy tool-less removal, making it suitable for most applications.
- The SmartLock Seal is available in two lengths:
- SmartLock I: 5″ (13cm) strap length (4.45″ usable, 6.4″ overall seal length)
- SmartLock II: 9″ (24cm) strap length (8.78″ usable, 10.75″ overall seal length)

- Pass the strap end of the seal through the openings of the item to be sealed.
- Insert and push the strap end of the seal into the locking head.
- Ensure the indicator protrudes through the hole in the underside of the locking head, signifying the seal is properly locked.
- Gently tug on the seal to ensure the locking mechanism is properly engaged.
- Record the seal number as required.
- To remove, break off at the designated break-off point without needing tools.
- Laser or Foil marking
- Custom engraving for company name, serial numbering, logos, barcoding
- Duplicate numbering for totes or applications requiring same number seal sets
